The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) will be hosting a day-long series of thematic presentations and discussions addressing the topic: “Moving Towards a Sustainable Global Chemicals Industry – International Perspectives”, at EcoChem 2014 – the global sustainable chemistry and engineering event.
EcoChem has established itself as a first-of-its-kind, large-scale, international, independent and scientifically supported networking and business platform focusing on collaborative approaches and new solutions. The event brings together key industry and government leaders, scientists, young future leaders and innovators from across the chemical industry and value chains. Market leaders such as AkzoNobel, DuPont, Dow, Borealis, Braskem, BASF, Croda, Evonik, INEOS, Nestle, Nike, adidas Group, Novartis and L’Oreal will share insight, breakthrough research, and disruptive new concepts and technologies at EcoChem 2014.
This year, EcoChem will be taking place from 11 to 13 November in Basel, Switzerland. UNIDO will host its series of events, a special session on the Chemical Leasing business model, including an award ceremony, on 12 November 2014.
